Terms of service
The terms under which Coder71 Limited provides its services.
Last updated
These terms govern your use of this website and any proposal issued by Coder71 Limited. A signed statement of work, where one exists, takes precedence over anything here.
Use of this site
You may read, print and share the content on this site. You may not republish it as your own, scrape it at a rate that degrades service for others, or use it to train a model without written permission.
Proposals and quotes
A quote is valid for 30 days from issue and is fixed-scope: the deliverables, exclusions and assumptions are stated in the document. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it begins, never billed as a surprise.
Payment
Projects are invoiced in stages against agreed milestones. Invoices are payable within 14 days. Work may be paused on accounts more than 30 days overdue, after written notice.
Intellectual property
On final payment, ownership of the bespoke code written for your project transfers to you. Third-party libraries remain under their own licences, and pre-existing Coder71 tooling is licensed to you perpetually for use within the delivered system.
Warranties
We warrant that the delivered work will materially conform to the agreed specification for 90 days after launch, and we fix defects in that window at no cost. We do not warrant that third-party platforms will remain unchanged.
Liability
Our aggregate liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Dhaka have exclusive jurisdiction, unless a signed statement of work provides otherwise.
